If you are having problems with print quality we would appreciate the opportunity to help you troubleshoot your system, at least to the extent possible. This is NOT a requirement for obtaining a money refund. But, if you are having problems using our printer profiles, then chances are you are having problems using other profiles. The proper software and printer setup for color management is not always straight forward, meaning just one wrong setting can mess up everything. Everything has to work right, including the software, your OS color management system, your printer, inks, and paper in order to get accurate color.
